[advertise]广告[/advertise]BEIJING, Sept. 24 (Xinhua) -- China's Ministry of Commerce issued Thursday a notice to extend for another three months an anti-dumping probe into 1,4-butanediol imports from Saudi Arabia and Taiwan.
The probe, launched on Sept. 25 last year, would be extended due to complications in the case, said the Ministry, without elaboration.
The probe period will be extended until Dec. 25 this year.
The organic compound 1,4-butanediol is a colorless, viscous liquid derived from butane, used industrially as a solvent and in the manufacture of some types of plastics, elastic fibers and polyurethanes. It has also been used as a recreational drug.
