[advertise]广告[/advertise]Ocotber 17, 2009 As part of the restructuring of the telecommunications industry,the former subsidiary of China Satellite Communications Corp,China Satcom Guomai Communications Co.,Ltd was transferred to China Telecom. The share of Guomai held by China Satellite Communications was all transferred to China Telecom without compensation. Before the transfer,China Satellite Communications held 50.02% share of Guomai,and Shanghai Telecom, subsidiary of China Telecom, held 11 million share which is 2.74% share of Guomai.So after the acquisition, China Telecom become the largest shareholder. It also indicated that partition of China Satellite Communications was almost finished.
