[advertise]广告[/advertise]12/22/2009, According to the most recent data from MIIT(Minstry of Information and Industry Technology), in the first 11 months of year 2009, total communication industry in mainland China realized only 3.6% revenue increase compared to last year, but capital investment increased 28.5% compared to last year. This big difference rings warning bell for communication industry in mainland China. From January to November, total telecom capital investement reached 277.34billion RMB, 28.5% more than last year. Half of this investment came from 3G network construction. Three main service providers total made 3G investment 143.5billion RMB, build 285K base stations, and 3G subsribers exceeded 10million. From January to November, total telecom service revenue is 2.33 trillion RMB, 14.1% more than last year. In the same period, operating revenue from total telecom industry reached 769.22billion RMB, 3.6% more than last year.Statistic data also showed that fixed line telephone traffic continues to decrease. The increase of mobile communication became slower than before. In the first 11 months, all revenue from mobile communication is 463.26billon RMB, 13% more than last year. All revinue from fixed line service is 125.73billion RMB, 13.3% less than last year. Up to the end of November, China has 318million fixed line telephone subscribers and 739million cellphone users, totally 75.25million new added subcribers compared to last year. For year 2010, Minsiter Li,Yizhong of MIIT said yesterday that he hoped the operating revenue for all communication industry can increase 4.5% compared to year 2009. At same time, telecom service rate can reduce 9%.
