Fujian Telecom also announces that they will provide 20Mbps bandwidth to all subscribers in the urban areas and provide 4Mbps bandwidth to subscribers in rural areas by the end of year 2010.Also in this year, they will increase 700 more WiFi hot spots and 4000 SkyWing 3G hot spots. Total Wifi and 3G hot spots will be 16,000 and 12,000 each by the end of this year. In order to reach this aim, Fujian Telecom will invest more than 1 billion RMB to upgrade their current broadband network.
