The deployment is part of a cooperation project named "Shanghai Expo 2010 land electronic enclosure system" between ZTT and two other companies. The system is used to avoid any illegal intrusion into the expo area, to guarantee the security inside the expo area. ZTT's "vibration sensor fiber cable" is based on fiber distributed sensor technology. The experiment has been proved to provide monitoring on more than 80Km link.
