Mr. He is the R&D team leader in Fiberhome who is in charge of Fiberhome's development on 40Gbps SDH system and 80X40G DWDM system, OTN/PTN system etc. He is awarded for his contribution to Fiberhome and China's optical communication industry. In the conference, President Hu Jintao congratulated all workers in China and the world, urging people nationwide to learn from the spirit of "model workers".
