July 8,2010, Wuhan, YOTC, a leading access network solution provider, announced that China Petroleum's Lanzhou 12# community triple play project selected their FTTH equipment to provide broadband service. The project which covers 6100 homes is claimed to be the largest single FTTH project in mainland China up to now. The deal further consolidate YOTC's leading role in China's FTTH industry.

 

According to Lanzhou Petroleum's plan, YOTC will provide their Opticalink C800 central office equipments and Opticallink M3-O42P customer end equipments to provide triple play service. The carrier class Opticalink equipments have been certificated by many large scale applications. The OPview network management system of YOTC also provide Lanzhou Petroleum real time monitoring and controlling of the network.

 

"After this FTTH project is finished, the residents in 12# community will have a broadband network with higher bandwidth, more services available, simple maintaining request, which will improve the living environment and city image radically of the community." YOTC said.
