September 8, 2010, A guy in C114 forum asked others, “Is it safe for Huawei to provide source code to India government? " That is really a big question, but answers to this post seem not that serious, maybe no one can truly answer this question now. One of the answers is that "Indians can't understand those source codes. To be readable is never a strong option for Chinese companies. There are too many redundancy and transplant code inside. " Somebody suggests to get rid of all the explanation lines in the code. Somebody worries that India will send these codes to other western companies. Somebody says that India will hardly manufacture similar equipments even they have these codes considering their hardware manufacturing ability.

Also According to Tianya, the salary increase is 200 USD for new comers in Beijing, Shanghai and Shznehn, 130USD for new comers in other cities. On Tianya, posters continue to discuss the leave of Mr. Xu shannian, president of Huawei's R&D department. A post writes:"My feeling is very complex now, Mr. Xu left, I am happy that such a destroyer finally left because of my love to Huawei. But I also feel pessimistic about Huawei's future. Mr. Xu is a good candidate for middle level carder, he is not suitable to be high level executive because of his management ability."
