November of 2012, Optellent, together with Photonteck set up a joint test center in China mainland. 
The Test Center is equipped with OPB3200, OPBX110, OPBX115 and OPB04X10 bit error rate tester, which enable it to test the BER (bit error rate) ranging from low end to 16G FC standard (14.025Gbps) . The test need of Optellent full range product is quaranteed by this way, including the multi channel test solution.
