Triformix, a leading supplier of ultra-precision optical components and systems,will attend OFC 2017 with various types of high precision injection molding optical lenses, especially barrel and multi-channel lens array for optical fiber communications.  

1.  Barrel

   

   Single channel optical barrel product (attenuated and natural color) are widely used in SFP and SFP+ optical module. Triformix has more than 10 types of barrel lens with 2 million+ monthly capacity. The attenuation Barrel lens could meet +/-0.1dB tolerance in the range of -0.6dB to -4dB. Triformix also works with customer and develops several types of COB Lens.

   
   

2. Lens Array

   

   Lens Array Connector with 4 to 24 channels are used for QSFP, SWDM, OE, V-Groove, CXP, AOC , LPK/Thunderbolt and other datacom products. Several lens array products have been in mass production in our factory since 2011. The products can meet MPO standard connectivity or customized standard; customized board to VCSEL height and precision alignment holes or through hole for alignment.

   Other Parts: Optical lens/Prisms/Domes/Lens Assemblies

   

   The showcase of products also include precision molded optics, like prisms, domes, fresnel lens and lens assemblies etc per customer requirements.
