China Telecom Guangdong Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Guangdong Telecom”) and Huawei held the launching ceremony of the “Cloud Network Anticipation” Joint Innovation System and the L4 Autonomous Driving Network Joint Innovation Kickoff Meeting, marking a new level of cooperation between the two companies in the field of IP self-intelligent networks. The two sides will work together to explore network innovation in depth. The “Cloud Network Prediction” joint innovation system realizes the transformation of the IP network operation model from network equipment to service flow, and is based on Huawei's iMaster NCE-IP network digital map and original new-generation CMOS simulation algorithms to achieve lightweight and high-precision online simulation and accurate assessment of network configuration changes. Guangdong Telecom's “Cloud Network Since its deployment and testing in August 2023, Guangdong Telecom's “Cloud Network Prediction” system has successfully completed many IP network simulations and verifications, safeguarding the operation of network changes on Guangdong Telecom's existing network, and has won a number of awards for innovation, with its innovative value and economic value highly recognized by the industry. The “Cloud Network Prediction” system has comprehensive and standardized intelligent simulation operation and maintenance capabilities to protect Guangdong Telecom's network stability and business development.

At the ceremony, the two companies jointly launched the “L4 Autonomous Driving Network Joint Innovation” program. Huawei is committed to advancing IP networks to the L4 high-level self-intelligence of autonomous driving networks (ADN), and has made effective progress in its cooperation with China Telecom in piloting IP autonomous driving networks. Through this joint innovation project, the two sides have defined the L4 value scenario for autonomous driving networks, facilitated the achievement of related goals, and continued to lead industrial development. The two sides will continue to cooperate in depth, utilizing key technologies such as large models and IP digital twins to further enhance the effectiveness of all aspects of network planning, construction, operation and maintenance.
