San Francisco, CA – April 1st, 2025 – CIG, a global leader in innovative optical communication and networking solutions, is excited to showcase its latest end-to-end connectivity solutions at the Optical Fiber Communication Conference and Exhibition (OFC) 2025, taking place from March 30 to April 3 in San Franciso, California. Attendees are invited to visit CIG’s booth #2518 to explore the company’s latest advancements designed to enhance network efficiency, scalability, and performance.
CIG will unveil its latest high-speed optical transceivers, featuring:
· A new 200G/Lambda series powered by 3nm DSP technology, achieving 20% reduction in power consumption. The lineup includes retimed 1.6T 2×DR4/DR8, 1.6T 2×FR4, and gearbox 800G DR4 modules, available in both Silicon Photonics and EML variants.
· The complete 100G/Lambda 800G portfolio, offering traditional DSP-based modules such as 2×DR4/DR8, 2×FR4, and 2×LR4 (10km), in both Silicon Photonics and EML-based designs. The portfolio also includes the latest LPO (Linear Pluggable Optics) and LRO (Linear Receive Optics) options.
· Additional modules include for example: 800G InfiniBand and 400G QSFP112 DR4.
CIG will also showcase its carrier-class 25GPON access units, and Wi-Fi 7 powered home routers. Together these products enable seamless, high-capacity data transmission across telecom and data center networks. With the growing demand for faster, more reliable connectivity, CIG’s solutions are engineered to support evolving infrastructure needs, including AI-driven networking, cloud computing, broadband access and 5G deployment.
“We are excited to participate in OFC 2025 and introduce our latest breakthroughs in optical networking technology,” said Mr. Gerald Wong, CIG’s CEO. “Our end-to-end connectivity solutions empower businesses to optimize their network performance while maintaining cost efficiency and scalability. We look forward to engaging with industry leaders, partners, and customers as we continue to drive innovation forward.”
CIG will host live demonstrations featuring its 1.6T transceivers, 800G InfiniBand NDR, 800G interoperability, and 25G PON ONTs, alongside expert-led discussions on industry trends and technology roadmaps. CIG’s specialists will be available to discuss how these solutions tackle the challenges of today’s rapidly evolving digital landscape.
