Nokia said Thursday it has agreed to sell its submarine network business ASN to the French government for 350 million euros ($374 million), but the deal will not affect its financial outlook.
Nokia said it expects the divestiture to reduce sales in its network infrastructure business unit by 1 billion euros.
The deal is expected to be finalized by the end of 2024 or early 2025, the company added.
